I hadn’t planned on going south, but after some convincing I drove an hour down to Lynchburg where the Jack Daniel distillery is located. I had thought about going that way but initially decided against it. But I got up and thought it’d be nice to check out the grounds. The town is super small overall, parked in their overflow lot, took a client call and went to explore their downtown. Stopped in their general store, picked up a few items and then walked a short distance to the distillery. Gorgeous grounds, nice little stream that runs through the area. Picked up a small bottle and got back to the van.

From there, I drove back north to get to the city and had to stop for a call. Fortunately, I found Nash Family Creamery. Their parking lot will host camper vans (no amenities, but a place to park) and I grabbed a coffee and walked around their grounds after my sessions at work.

Continued my route back into the city, tons of estates along the way. Ended up in Brentwood, TN. Decided to walk around the area for a bit, stopped in a few shops and explored before some evening time at my stop for the night to get some reading done.
