Working ways

I wanted to get to see some of the neighboring towns outside of Louisville, so I continued south and west to Shepherdsville, KY. Population likely around 15K, it’s another small suburb that likely would be easy to live in if I had a good community of known people. Ended up spending the vast majority of the day working at Heine Brothers Coffee. Had 6 coaching sessions plus a few meetings and a lot of admin work to catch up on.

What I looked at for the majority of the day

Wasn’t busy in the shop, I suspect their drive through was steady but it made for a pretty peaceful work day. Late afternoon I grabbed some groceries, got a workout in and drove around the downtown until I settled at Salt River Brewing Co. Had a great porter, some thin pizza and continued to work. Place got busy ahead of some live music, they’ve been opened for about a year and you can tell the community wants to come support the business.

Got there early, this place filled up around 6 PM

Part of my choice for being south and west to start is tomorrow’s adventure. The rest of the evening was very uneventful, which I’m finding to be a theme and need to rectify that a bit.
