One of my main reasons for being back was to resolve some outstanding work decisions. Namely, can I work remote and still do my job. Today at 11 AM I got the official word that I’m able to do so. Heck of a good thing, I’ve been trying for months to get this in motion and today it was decided. I’ll stick around and on Wednesday show my peer around to a few branches and get back on the road. That’s if…I feel good about a battery thing on the van.
Needless to say, celebrations later. We had some rough storms roll through, so I stayed local, got a workout in and then did some laundry. Figured out an eye doctor bill and got another admin item done. But spent most of the afternoon working at my old banking center. Got caught up with the manager, did a few things and headed to Lower Left for a few pints.

Finished up some work at the brewery, caught up on some blog posts and started some planning to get back on the road. Excited to get this work decision behind me and continue back into the travels. I have two other little items that may require me to be in Charlotte, hope to figure those out tomorrow. For now, back down to SC and more hang time in that area, which I’ve really enjoyed for the newness of it.
